  • A logging system is set up to trace access and provide procedures for managing incidents so that we can react in the event of a data breach (breach of confidentiality, integrity or availability). in order to be able to identify fraudulent access or misuse of personal data, or to determine the origin of an incident, your IP address, the field used for identification, the time and date of connection may be recorded in our log files for authentication, subscription, password changement, management of newsletter functionalities. The storage of this personal data is in accordance with the privacy policy in Europe.

  • To protect the bot abuse on website, reCAPTCHA version 3 has been integrated into the website. Use of this feature is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The reCAPTCHA functionality is only used to combat spam and abuse on the site.

  • Purpose and compulsory or optional nature of data collection:
  • The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest  (cf. article 6.1.a and 6.1.b ) of the Regulation data protection). Gatora stores your first names, surnames and emails on its servers in order to identify you. Your email will be used to authenticate you as a member on the site,  and on the software. These three data will also allow you to find yourself on the client database of the partner 2Checkout (see privacy policy and the legal terms of 2Checkout). When you susbcribe to the free account, we record your last name, firstname, e-mail and your preferences for newsletter in our databse. If you authenticate on the website, you will be able to change your password or your newsletter preferences. At the time of subscription, we send the form data to 2Checkout, to pre-fill the contract form. The management of the contract is entirely managed by 2Checkout. Once the payment step is completed, 2Checkout keeps its data in correspondence with its policy. Then, the platform will notify us of the registration and payment made on their platform.  At this last stage, we proceed to the safeguard of your name, first name and e-mail if you are not member already. Then we assign you a password to log in, which you can change later via the website. As part of the contract made with 2Checkout, you must make the payment to legitimately have access to the premium part. If the contract is terminated, you become a free account and your loose the access to your safe deposit-box. Once premium, any record of your encrypted texts will be kept on your machine, via the security system specific to the tool. No data from the registry will be transferred to our servers. You can request the recovery of your password if it is forgotten via the website or via the software by entering your email. Your password will be sent to your email inbox.

  • We can access all of your first names, surnames and emails, in order to better help you in the event of loss of email, change of email or password. We will not be able to know your passwords because they are protected in the database, but we can provide you with a new one. You can request the email change by contacting us via support@gatora.net . Your password will be visible to you by logging into the web interface. You can change your password via this interface.

  • Data retention period:
  • The data will be stored in our database until the termination of your contract and the notification of termination of the contract  of 2Checkout, or via the end of contract visibility via our administration interface on 2Checkout.

  • Rights of the persons concerned:
  • By connecting via the site, you can see your email, password and change the password. By contacting us, you can request changes to your email and password.

  • We have ceased the activity. The site will possibly be available under the contract with the host. Therefore you cannot continue to use the services. The Company may, in its sole discretion, terminate your access to or use of the Site, at any time and for any reason, including if the Company believes that you have broke the terms or acted contrary to their mind. Upon termination, your right to use the site will cease immediately. You agree that any termination your access or use of the site can be done without notice, and the company can instantly deactivate or delete your password and username, as well as all information and files associated with them, or prohibit any subsequent access to such information or files You agree that the company and its affiliated entities are not responsible to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the site or any file or information, and that they will not be required to make such files and information available to you after such termination.
